Many of you had requested me to do a tutorial. Hehehe. So i come up with this tutorial for making extra thick eyeliner. It is actually very easy, i spend like 5 minutes only for the eyes. Pro hands? Not at all! It is because the look is easy to handle.

So, this is me, with extra thick eyeliner. Pretty or not? hahaha

Anyway, for those pretty eyes, i am using Bobbi Brown Gel eyeliner and Etude House Proof 10 Eyeliner in Blue 

First of all, i am monolid and has a pair of small eyes. Lining thickly is going to take forever for me. So, to cheat that, i take double eyelid tapes and paint them black with liquid eyeliner. Wait for it to dry and just stick it! And then with Bobbi Brown Gel liner, i fill the gaps and wing it.

Done with that, i line my eyes with Etude House Proof 10 Eyeliner ( I got from Bell`s Etude House) to make it fresh, spring like mode. I really love the applicator because it is so precise and thin! Wiii review coming soon, ladies!

Then i apply a pale pink eyeshadow from VOV and apply false eyelashes

This is the finish look for the eye! For mascara i am using Silkygirl Eyeopener Mascara and Maybelline Hyper Lash for lower lashes. I line my lower eyeline with a bit of blue eyeliner from Etude.

For the face i am using Etude House Precious Mineral Bright Fit and contour it with PAC Cream Foundation number 8. After getting the flawless face, do not forget to add shine to the lips!

This is Etude House Cherry Tint and Gloss. My current favorite tint because it has both tint and lip gloss. C.O.N.V.E.N.I.E.NT!

I am longing for a great pen liquid eyeliner. I personally want to try Dollywink, but it is too expensive to be used daily. That is why i am in search for more affordable one. I have my try on Maybelline Hypersharp but got myself dissappointed. This time, i go for MUA Extreme Felt Liner.

Price: 100.000 rupiahs/ $10

Packaging

It comes in pen form, very sleek, and looking professional with black colored packaging and silver font. The cap is tight and it fits perfectly on my purse. Just great to bring around.

MUA Extreme Felt Liner comes with a marker - like tip that eases the application. For my monolid eyes, the felt tip is too big and i can not draw a precise thin line. The felt tip feels wiggly for application so it does not count as my favorite.

The formula is not impressive. The finish is matte, but greyish. When applied it will not look hoarse on the eye line, so for you who like natural finish, you might like it. For me, i ussually opt for more jet black color, so again this MUA does not make it to my favorite list.

 I did a waterproof and smudgeproof test for ya!

Freshly applied and smudge it three times. It did not budge 

Pour water and just let it sit. It did not budge too

I swiped the water away, and you see? The color was melted away >.< and almost disappear in this next picture. The liner melted and left behind black stain that made a very bad panda eyes. Ugh!

What i like:

- Sleek packaging

- Matte finish

What i dislike:

- Greyish color

- Non smudgeproof

- Non waterproof

- Vulnerable to panda eyes

- Small amount of product, only 1,2 ml

- Expensive >.<

It was worthwhile because the Pagoda was beautiful and skilfully crafted!

Then we are off to Kota Lama. If Jakarta has Kota Tua, then Semarang has Kota Lama. The buildings were ancient, all are heritages from British colonization long time ago. Kota lama is really great for taking pictures. I find myself getting a good facebook profile picture there *get slapped* hahaha. You have to visit Blenduk Church, and Jiwasraya building. Beautiful leh!

Pretty? Yaaa, it is not losing from Trinity Church in New York lha. This church has its own mystery

Five minutes from Kota Lama, we visited Lawang Sewu the icon of Semarang. This building is famous for its horror. It was widely said there are many ghosts inside, peeking from the 1000 doors. Seriously by the time i wrote and resized the pictures i got a sketch >.< Hopefully can sleep tonight!

You see? It looks like a house from Dark Shadows. Hyaaa.. I actually got a bad experience with Lawang Sewu, we paid the ticket for $6 (a group) and the ticket lady said easily, " No tour guide for you, just stay on safe area." I was like ," Seriously?! The building is very sketchy, no tour guide means no deep exploration, means bored. Gimme back my money" Blah! But i did not say directly leh, afraid something bad happen to me in that creepy building

Those are all doors, and there are hundreds more in Lawang Sewu.

OK, Done with Lawang Sewu. Creepy ! hahaha. Lets move to Gang Lombok!

Here is another Buddhist temple, but i really love the atmosphere, it looks like China and those kungfu stories! hahaha

I was so happy that i got time to travel around. If you would like to travel around Semarang, you only need pretty much a day. We rent a car, and travel in six people. We spent 300.000 or $30 for the car. Divide by six, it is $5 per pax. Cheap! Plus eatery and ticket, i spent $10 in total.

Packaging

In picture from Maybelline.co.id, i thought it would be pink, but it is actually orangey color. I personally would prefer dark pink for more glamorous look, tho. It comes in bullet tube just like another  lipstick together with pink information at the bottom with the manufacture date. Good job! I hope every make up has their manufacture date attached like this!

Swatch, Texture, Pigmentation and Finish

Angel rose is deep rosy pink that looks great on fair to medium skintones. The finish is satin with creamy texture. It has great pigmentation too, i have ever wore it once and apply it all over my lips. My neighbor in the boarding house smirked and say that i look like ahjumma or auntie >.< . Ouch! I use this just sparingly concentrating on the middle on the lips and it does brighten my complexion a lot! As another drugstore lipstick, the wear hours are rather short and it never stays after i eat. 

For a nicer finish, i really like to dab foundation or lip concealer first. The color would be more pinkish and cute! Angel rose sometimes settle on fine lines and does dry out the lips a little bit, so do not forget to apply lipbalm for chapped lips are never looking great, believe me!

What i like

- Affordable

- So many shades to choose from

- Great pigmentation and creamy texture

- Pretty color

What i dislike

- Short wear hours

- Simple packaging with wrong color >.<

- Drying my lips and settle on fine lines

Overall, Angel Rose is a good addition to my lips collection. Good for playing around, not that kind of reliable lipstick that we love the most.

I use my brand new Pixy Lipstick in 101 Rich Red Satin, i just bought it this afternoon, girls! Hypermart and BOSTON have a beauty sale and i can not help myself to grab a lot of beauty stuffs, mostly from Pixy and Maybelline. Hufft! I feel so bad, but i promise i won`t buy anymore in the next few months (vain promise >.<). Behind that wall of regret, i can not hide my happiness because i find great range of lipstick, one for 16.000 rupiahs! Awrrrr.. such a great deal!
