Review: Skinfood Aloevera BB Cream shade 22:28 PM
Many has raving about this BB Cream since two years ago when i just started this blog. This is a classic bb cream, famous in line with Missha BB Cream and its sister, Skinfood mushroom bb cream. I just got the chance to try it now, because at first i was so in love with Skin 79 bb creams, and then move to Etude House BB Creams.
The cream smells like aloevera, great smell that fades away after application :). It is easy to spread and to blend. The finish is dewy and it is not as sticky as foundation or other bb creams i have before. Actually at home, i ussually just use the bb cream alone and it looks good, not greasy or anything. The downside of the bbcream is oxidation. It oxidised badly on me >.< At the first two hours, it sets beautifully, but after two hours wear, my face turns to be orangey and not fresh at all.
Skinfood aloevera bb cream is buildable without look too cakey. Above i run some coverage test. In my opinion, the coverage is light to medium but we can layer it at the area that needs more coverage. You see, after three layers, the heart pen marks dissappear. As for the oil control, i would say that the oil control is not really good. Just usual, around 3 – 4 hours then the bb cream starts to fade out.
This is me using the bb cream. Can you spot orangey tone on my face? Yes, hahaha.. this one was a lucky picture because the lighting is pretty, in the real life my face looked more orange than this :P.. But yeah, it is not bad as oppa loompa though so i can tolerate it. Especially, considering how nice and comfortable to use this bb cream. All in all, i would recommend this bb cream for you who has dry skin and has no problem with oxidation.
